In 1995, in Baytown, Texas, a dedicated, community-minded Registered Nurse –determined to make a quality difference in home health care—started her own health care agency. Her focus, commitment, and passion for nursing, patient care, and advocacy for patients and staff, are only a few of the many attributes that have helped to elevate Signature Health Services to become the premier home health care agency in southeast Texas.
