What is the Urinary or Renal System?
The Urinary System has the essential function of filtering blood to remove excess water and waste products. This process happens in the kidneys, ureters, bladder, and urethra. The kidneys remove urea from the blood through nephrons, this waste travels to the ureters and bladder and releases it through the urethra as urine.
